Joan “JT” Tezak with the Colorado Society of Association Executives spent time with us talking about how the last year has provided them with the unique opportunity to “clean out their closets” and sunset programs that needed to be in order to make room for more important improvements that would reignite their passion and mission as an association. One program that benefitted from this was the Ambassador Program which is now more robust and highly personalized to grow deeper connections with their members.
